After scheduling and attending a consultation session, we gather additional information regarding your fitness objectives, any pain and movement dysfunction, existing medical conditions, or any other concerns. Furthermore, you can gain insight into our coaching approach with respect to your goals. This enables you to determine whether we are the right personal trainer for you. If you express interest in our programme, we will also delve into scheduling the coaching sessions, discussing suitable days and times.

Submitting assessment and questionnaires

In order to establish a coaching baseline for your current fitness level and progress towards your objectives, we kindly request that you complete and submit a series of questionnaires and assessments. By gathering this information, we can create a tailored coaching programme that suits your needs and effectively track your results in the weeks to come. This task should not take more than 30 minutes and can be conveniently filled out the following day.

Starting your initial session

Following the collection of your assessment and questionnaire results, we will be able to begin your personal trainer coaching programme one day later.
